UnifyApps, a startup focusing on AI chatbot development, has raised a $20 million Series A funding round from ICONIQ Growth. The company, led by co-founder and CEO Pavitar Singh, aims to address the challenges of generative AI solutions.

UnifyApps connects a company’s SaaS apps and data, enabling the deployment of AI chatbots to interface with information while minimizing AI hallucinations. Despite the competitive landscape, Singh believes that the AI-focused approach gives UnifyApps an edge. The startup has already attracted over 20 customers, including major banks and telecom providers.

The funding round follows a previous $11 million seed round, signaling investor confidence in UnifyApps. With 150 employees across offices in Gurgaon, Dubai, and New York, UnifyApps is committed to ensuring the flawless adoption of its product by large enterprises.
