Vercel, the company known for v0, Next.js, and the AI Cloud, has successfully concluded a Series F funding round, amassing $300 million, valuing the company at $9.3 billion. Additionally, a $300 million secondary tender offer for certain employees, former employees, and early investors is set to close in November.

 

The funding round was co-led by Accel and GIC, with participation from new investors such as BlackRock, StepStone, Khosla Ventures, Schroders, Adams Street Partners, and General Catalyst. Existing investors GV, Notable Capital, Salesforce Ventures, and Tiger Global also joined the round. Vercel's AI Cloud offers tools and infrastructure for building, scaling, and securing intelligent applications.

 

 As a leading DX platform for frontend development and the team responsible for v0, Next.js, and AI SDK, Vercel serves clients like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, and Supreme, enabling them to develop for the AI-native web and deliver at the speed of ideas.
