Deloitte Acquires SimplrOps to Enhance Cloud ERP and HCM Capabilities

Deloitte has acquired SimplrOps, a boutique enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology company, to strengthen its Cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) capabilities. The acquisition aims to drive greater efficiency and innovation by streamlining and automating Workday, SAP, and Oracle operations and implementations.

The acquisition also marks a significant step for Deloitte's Human Capital practice, enabling the offering of standalone SaaS products to clients. Marty Marchetti, HR Cloud Operate offering leader at Deloitte, emphasized that the platform empowers clients to leverage operational tools for success in HR cloud operations. Pruthav Joshi, CEO of SimplrOps, highlighted the opportunity to scale the technology and deliver greater value to clients through the acquisition.

The acquisition comes after Deloitte's recent recognition by Gartner for Cloud ERP Services and being positioned as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Employee Experience Consulting Services 2024 Vendor Assessment.
