Endpoint Clinical Acquires Bluefin to Expand Clinical Supply Planning Capabilities

Endpoint Clinical L.P., a global leader in randomization and trial supply management solutions and a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has announced the acquisition of Bluefin, a Boston-based provider of clinical supply forecasting and planning technology. The acquisition allows Endpoint to broaden its clinical supply chain planning while maintaining Bluefin's focus on its core forecasting and planning mission. Bluefin will continue to operate independently and connect with RTSM systems across the industry.

Endpoint will provide global project management, implementation, quality, and customer support to assist sponsors in deploying the platform reliably and efficiently. The CEO of Endpoint Clinical, Nagaraja 'Sri' Srivatsan, expressed that the acquisition of Bluefin strengthens Endpoint's position in clinical supply planning while maintaining customer choice across RTSM providers. The goal is to integrate intelligence into every aspect of clinical supply, connecting planning, forecasting, enrollment signals, inventory movement, and RTSM execution data to enable faster, better-informed decisions across studies.
