Endpoint Clinical Acquires Bluefin to Expand into Clinical Supply Planning

Endpoint Clinical L.P., a global leader in randomization and trial supply management solutions and a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has announced its acquisition of Bluefin, a Boston-based provider of clinical supply forecasting and planning technology. The acquisition allows Endpoint to enter the clinical supply planning space while allowing Bluefin to maintain its independence and connectivity with RTSM systems.

Both companies aim to bring intelligence into every aspect of clinical supply, connecting planning, forecasting, enrollment signals, inventory movement, and RTSM execution data to enable sponsors to make faster, better-informed decisions across all their studies.
