International Food Solutions, Inc. (IFS) has acquired Food With Care, a Florida-based provider of home-delivered meals for seniors, in a move to expand its reach into the healthcare and senior nutrition markets. This acquisition positions IFS to meet the increasing demand for culturally relevant meals for aging and diverse communities.

Founded in 2008, IFS specializes in producing high-quality, pre-made ethnic meals for institutional customers, such as K–12 schools, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and U.S. military bases. The company's recent manufacturing investments, including a $65 million, 120,000-square-foot production facility in Cleveland, have contributed to its growing national footprint. 

 Food With Care, founded in 1998, has built a strong reputation for delivering dietitian-backed meal services to seniors in Florida, focusing on quality, variety, and compassionate service. The integration will see Food With Care's leadership and staff collaborating with IFS to ensure a smooth transition and continued service excellence across Florida, with plans for nationwide expansion.
