Omni Family of Services Acquires JusticeWorks YouthCare to Expand Human and Behavioral Health Services

Omni Family of Services, a national leader in child welfare and behavioral health, has acquired JusticeWorks YouthCare, a leading social services agency based in Pittsburgh. JusticeWorks YouthCare is known for its programs addressing child welfare and juvenile justice systems of care in six states. With this acquisition, Omni Family of Services will expand its footprint and bring JusticeWorks programs and services to its clients across ten states, up from the previous five.

The acquisition will also lead to JusticeWorks employees becoming employee-owners. Dan Heit, the CEO of JusticeWorks YouthCare, expressed excitement about the mission-aligned acquisition and the opportunity to join forces with Omni Family of Services to further their shared passion and mission. Heit will continue to serve as CEO Emeritus, while Omni's services will benefit from the inclusion of JusticeWorks' programs.
