ParkHub and JustPark Merge to Create Full-Service Parking Software and Payments Solution

ParkHub, a leading North American provider of parking management software and payments solutions, announced it has entered into a merger agreement with JustPark, one of the UK’s top app-based parking reservations technology and payments platforms. This strategic combination aims to offer a comprehensive parking software and payments solution for customers in both North America and the United Kingdom.

Under this arrangement, ParkHub has received a strategic growth investment led by FTV Capital with participation from existing investor LLR Partners. JustPark's founder and CEO, Anthony Eskinazi, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, touting it as a game-changer that will elevate the company to new heights.

The unified entity will continue to serve over 20 million drivers and more than 500 B2B customers, representing over $1 billion in booking volume. The move comes as the industry experiences a shift from cash to digital payments and an increased adoption of prepaid parking, creating a demand for end-to-end platforms to streamline parking operations.
