Preferabli Acquires Libation Labs to Transform Personalized Travel and Hospitality Discovery

Preferabli, a leading AI-driven product discovery and recommendation software company specializing in wine, spirits, and food, has announced its acquisition of Napa-based Libation Labs, Inc. Libation Labs is known for developing Cuvée, a consumer mobile application offering exclusive experiences in Napa Valley such as wine tastings, hotel stays, and adventurous activities. 

This acquisition signifies Preferabli's commitment to revolutionize how consumers discover and experience wines, spirits, and food through personalized offerings and the use of Preferabli Sensorial AI℠. The company aims to expand its reach in the consumer market and enhance its ability to provide tailored experiences.

The acquisition also paves the way for the development of an international platform for winery and distillery experiences, starting with Napa Valley. Preferabli's Chief Technology Officer, Andrew Sussman, highlights the incorporation of Libation Labs' expertise in crafting consumer-centric experiences into Preferabli's proprietary algorithms, which will enable consumers to embark on personalized journeys within the hospitality and travel sector. Both Preferabli and Cuvée mobile applications are currently available for download, and a unified application integrating new features and content is set to be released soon.
