The acquisition will add AI-powered customer and market intelligence to ProductPlan's roadmap platform, offering purpose-built modules for Strategy, Prioritization, Idea Capture, Roadmapping, and Product Launch.

This move aims to help teams reduce product risk and accelerate the path from idea to monetization. Moreover, Steven Cohn, the founder and CEO of Winware.ai, has been appointed as the CEO of ProductPlan. With his extensive experience in building enterprise software platforms, Cohn's appointment is expected to bring valuable insights and leadership to the organization.
