Quantiphi Announces Acquisition of London-Based Digital Product Agency Candyspace

Quantiphi, an AI-first digital engineering company, has announced its acquisition of Candyspace, a London-based digital product agency known for its work with clients such as ITV, Rolls-Royce, Mazda, MS Now, and The Royal Mint. The acquisition aims to expand Quantiphi's presence in the U.K. and European markets, bringing together two industry leaders in artificial intelligence and digital experience design.
The combined company will leverage Quantiphi's AI expertise with Candyspace's human-centered design and engineering excellence to create next-generation products. This strategic move is intended to deliver intelligent, adaptive, and emotionally engaging user experiences. Quantiphi Co-founder Reghu Hariharan expressed that the collaboration represents a significant advancement in computing history, emphasizing the humanization of AI and the creation of intuitive, empathetic, and deeply personal experiences.
Meanwhile, Candyspace Managing Director Matt Simpson highlighted the potential to develop previously impossible experiences by harnessing Quantiphi's AI capabilities. The acquisition is set to enhance Quantiphi's global delivery capabilities across various industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Automotive, and Manufacturing. This aligns with Quantiphi's vision to make AI accessible and impactful for businesses worldwide.
