Signia Aerospace Completes Acquisition of Goodrich Hoist & Winch Business

Signia Aerospace, a company owned by Arcline Investment Management, has finalized the purchase of the Goodrich Hoist & Winch business from Collins Aerospace, an RTX Corporation business. The acquired business will be renamed Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch and will be integrated into Signia's Mission Systems unit. The company's president, Cory VanBuskirk, will oversee the operations of Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch.

Additionally, the business will maintain its headquarters in Anaheim, California, and is set to open a new facility for maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations by the end of 2025.  Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch is recognized globally for its expertise in Search & Rescue (SAR) and Human External Cargo (HEC) missions. It operates as part of Signia Aerospace, a leading provider of aerospace systems and components.
