Stigg Acquires Received.ai to Enhance Contract-to-Invoice Automation for AI and SaaS Companies

Stigg, an infrastructure company for the AI economy, has acquired Received.ai, a billing-infrastructure startup specialized in usage-based invoicing and contract management. The acquisition allows Stigg to integrate contract-to-invoice automation directly into its platform, streamlining pricing modeling, real-time enforcement, and accurate invoicing.

The technology from Received.ai provides capabilities such as automatic provisioning of entitlements, flexible invoicing with smart billing schedules, formula-based pricing, and consolidated invoicing. The acquisition also brings aboard Received.ai's founder & CTO, Shai Betito, who has joined Stigg as VP of Engineering to lead the integration

. Contract management and invoicing capabilities are now available in public beta, with broader general availability set to roll out throughout 2026. Stigg, founded by Dor Sasson and Anton Zagrebelny, is focused on adding credits, entitlements, metering, governance, and contract-to-invoice automation to existing billing systems for AI products. The company is SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
