System One Acquires Pathfinder to Expand Critical Infrastructure Capabilities

System One has announced the acquisition of Pathfinder, LLC, an independent provider of outsourced project management consulting and training for critical infrastructure sectors such as Utilities, Energy, Mining, and Pharmaceutical. The acquisition enhances System One's capabilities in areas such as project assurance, professional development, and project-based talent resourcing.
Pathfinder, with its experienced practitioners, will operate as a System One company, providing the same high-quality expertise and client service. Steve Cabano, the current owner, will continue to serve as Pathfinder's President. The acquisition is set to align offerings within System One's critical infrastructure sector, allowing the two organizations to leverage complementary strengths and shared values for the benefit of their clients.
Founded in 1975, Pathfinder is headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with additional presence in Houston, Texas, and Calgary, Alberta. System One, on the other hand, is a leading provider of specialized outsourced services and workforce solutions to critical infrastructure, technology, life sciences, and government sectors, with operations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Brazil. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
