By integrating clinical counseling and crisis intervention with services addressing fundamental needs such as food, housing, and transportation, Uwill aims to remove barriers that can affect student success. The acquisition of tbh follows Uwill's previous acquisitions of Christie Campus Health in 2023 and the Virtual Care Group in 2024.
