VLS Environmental Solutions, a sustainability solutions leader, has acquired Samex Environmental, a San Diego-based hazardous waste fuel blending and recycling services provider. The acquisition strengthens VLS' presence on the West Coast and enhances its offerings with Samex's innovative solutions and industry expertise.

This strategic move aligns with VLS' mission to provide comprehensive waste management solutions and meet the increasing market demand for integrated environmental services. By integrating Samex, VLS now offers one of the most comprehensive waste management portfolios in the region, serving industries such as petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. This acquisition marks the fourteenth acquisition by VLS Environmental Solutions, reflecting its commitment to expanding environmental solutions capabilities. The combined company has over 1,400 employees and 50+ locations nationwide.
