Vortex Companies, a global leader in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation solutions, has completed the acquisition of PrimeLine Products, Inc., a national provider of trenchless technologies, equipment, and materials for plumbing and utility contractor markets. The acquisition aims to bolster Vortex's MaxLiner division and enhance its position in the small-diameter segment of the trenchless rehabilitation market.

PrimeLine is known for its expertise in small-diameter pipe rehabilitation products, including drain cleaning and cutting equipment, pipe seals, foam grouts, and a range of lining equipment, liners, and resins. The company's emphasis on hands-on training aligns with Vortex's strategy.
