BOTOX® Cosmetic Launches 2024 Grant Program to Support Women Entrepreneurs

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, has announced the opening of applications for the 2024 BOTOX® Cosmetic grant program, aiming to assist women entrepreneurs.

In its second year, the program will award 20 women entrepreneurs with $25,000 grants each, in addition to providing mentorship, coaching, crowdfunding, and community support. The initiative is designed to address the Confidence Gap experienced by women in the business world. Despite women-owned businesses representing approximately 40% of all U.S. businesses, they face funding disparities, with less than 3% of venture capital funding going to women-led businesses in 2023. Women-owned businesses led by BIPOC individuals receive less than one percent.

We are grateful to learn from them and thrilled to continue this program into a second year with a new cohort of extraordinary women entrepreneurs.

A panel of healthcare provider-entrepreneurs will play a crucial role in selecting the final grant recipients, providing valuable insights and perspectives. Each recipient will also undergo a ten-week Crowdfunding Coaching Accelerator program and gain access to educational and networking opportunities. The deadline to apply for the grant program is March 19, 2024. The grant recipients will be announced in the spring.
