Bulgarian startup Team-GPT, backed by True Ventures, has gained over 45,000 users for its AI-powered collaborative workspace for enterprises. Notable organizations such as Salesforce, MRO, and Johns Hopkins University are utilizing Team-GPT. The company recently closed a $4.5 million seed round, with True Ventures as the lead investor and contributions from Pact and angel investors, including former OpenAI employees.

Team-GPT aims to address the challenges faced by businesses in effectively integrating generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) into their processes. This includes identifying relevant AI use cases, managing AI models from major players like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta, and ensuring data security through compliance standards like SOC-2 and ISO 27001. The platform enables enterprise users to engage with any AI model, organize prompts, and explore actionable AI use cases, facilitating seamless AI integration into business processes. Iliya Valchanov, the CEO of Team-GPT, emphasized the need for novel AI-first experiences beyond simple chat interactions to accommodate tasks such as file editing and workflow automation.

The impact of Team-GPT has been widely recognized, with CEOs such as Michael Frank from Die Crew reporting a 60% productivity increase in content generation and Jeko Kolev from Nextoria noting a 35% acceleration in deal closure time through the use of Team-GPT. Team-GPT's enterprise AI software encompasses a shared chat interface, an agent workflow builder, file management systems, and a word processor embedded with AI tools.
