Conservation Resource Partners Closes Inaugural North American Farmland Private Equity Fund

Conservation Resource Partners has successfully closed its inaugural North American farmland private equity fund, named Conservation Resource Capital VI, L.P. This fund aims to lead the agricultural investment sector with an innovative, impact-focused strategy focused on developing and monetizing agricultural and environmental values. 

The fund received strong support from forty-nine limited partners, including institutional and high net worth investors from North America and Europe. The majority of the committed capital came from existing investors from CR's previous timberland and farmland investment strategies.

The fund has deployed 100% of its committed capital in a mix of directly operated and leased permanent crop, row crop, and pasture land investments across the U.S., all farmed organically and/or regeneratively. Read the full release here.
