High Alpha Raises $125M for Fourth Fund, Attracts ServiceNow as Investor

Venture firm High Alpha has announced the successful raising of $125 million for its fourth fund, marking its largest fund to date. The firm has a track record of creating and investing in over 90 early-stage SaaS companies across North America since 2015.

High Alpha IV represents a strategic evolution, consolidating company building and investing into a single entity with a focus on aiding entrepreneurs and the companies they lead in achieving their full potential. Led by experienced entrepreneurs Scott Dorsey, Kristian Andersen, Mike Fitzgerald and Eric Tobias, High Alpha was established on the belief that combining operating and investing activities not only brings significant differentiation in both areas but also generates unique opportunities.

High Alpha IV surpassed its fundraising target of $110 million, closing at $125 million. ServiceNow, a global leader in cloud-based platform and enterprise solutions, is a significant investor in the fund, along with new and existing institutional LPs and strategic investors.

High Alpha has also announced the promotion of three new partners within the firm: High Alpha CFO Blake Koriath, experienced SaaS investor and current High Alpha Principal Seth Corder, and former TechPoint CEO and current High Alpha Operating Partner Mike Langellier.
