Lemniscap Raises $70M Fund to Back Web3 Startups

Lemniscap, an investment firm, has raised a $70 million fund to support early-stage Web3 founders. The fund will focus on opportunities within the blockchain ecosystem, including Zero Knowledge Infrastructure, Consumer Applications, Bitcoin Ecosystem, Security, Phygital, and Decentralised Physical Infrastructure (DePin).
Anchored by Accolade Partners, the fund aims to provide financial backing and strategic guidance to help nascent Web3 startups scale. Founded in 2017, Lemniscap was established by Roderik van der Graaf, who has a strong financial background from renowned institutions. Lemniscap has a successful track record in the industry, with over 130 investments to date. Some of its flagship investments include Avalanche, The Graph, and Axelar. Read the full release here.
