Omega Capital, a private equity firm based in Tulsa, has revealed the initial closing of Omega Capital Fund II, LP. The first closing was fully subscribed by returning Fund I investors.

Fund II's strategy closely mirrors that of Fund I, focusing on investing $3 million to $10 million in growth equity or buyout transactions across various industries in Oklahoma and surrounding states.
